Problem starting multiplayer game

Hi,

My friend joined my game fine and had green ping. But when I tried to launch the game, we were stuck in the "connecting to game" message. After a few sec, the RIP icon would show up next to my friend's name. Is anyone having the same issue? We're both using Omega's patch 2.1b.

check all your firewalls and have him check his, either your comp or his isnt allowing what needs to be sent and received in order for you to play together

sometimes its also a net connection that is failing right as your launching game (usually the player will disconnect but not always )

sometimes just trying it multiple times it will finally go through as well
