e data2 cab Error

My game kept crashing and i got a no cd hack long time ago. So i wanted to reinstall ee and aoc and just patch update it with the save ee lobby. well when i try re-installing ee i get a e data2 cab error at 82%. iv clean the disk and player. tried to save it to a different location. Nothing has worked... any help would b appreciated.
