save mulitplayer game

AFter safing a mulitplayer game I closed it. Afterwards, is there a way to restart the game when the players of the game are onine again on another day? If yes, how?

If you load the game, the first box should say Random Map. Click on it and press Saved Games and select the saved game you wish to play.
