Empire Earth - AoC doesnt work with german language

Hello guys,
First I want to inform you that I´m from germany, so my english kinda sucks
However I still have this annoying bug.
I downloaded EE-unlimited and successfully installed EE and EE-AoC. First it worked fine (with the english version) but when i tried to change the language to german (exactly did whats written in the READ OR DIE) there is a problem:
I start EE-AoC and try to change the game-settings and it crashs.
It seems that the whole add-on doesnt work anymore, when i try to play singleplayer i cant choose the new epoch and the whole game seems to be buggy and "destroyed".

I re-installed the game 3 times and the bug always appears after i changed the language to german.

Well I really hope there´s a way to change the language to german and still being able to play this nice game. Thank you very much =3
