looking to get back into ee.

what do I need to know? I heard the servers are down? any of my peeps still playing?

Download this if you don't have the game; viewtopic.php?f=10&t=1206

Download the lobby, and it will update you to the current version. Then to join a game you copy the ip(right click on game and hit copy ip). Go to Direct Connect and then paste the ip in like you would of played a scen on the normal servers and voila.

lion is a fuggen noob at anything he touches, especially AoE3, he's worse at that than EE

But yeah pretty much as Zeke said, install the game, download the lobby. The lobby should automatically make sure you're ready to go, then you just grab the IPs.
