EE CRASHES!!!

hi ,

i had to reinstalll my system 1 day ago . now i wanted to install ee .. i installed it and always when i want to start ee it crahes... i see the banner "empire earth" and then it crahes.. :

i alrdy read it .. but i t didnt rly help me i know why i cant start ee and other games now.. i had to reinstall my hole system so my video card is disabled . I have to Find out the name of my vid card now and have to install the manual driver for it..

1) Help me to find out the name of my vid card
2) need to have a driver for it
3) Gl :/

Sry for double post but the card isnt insert in the dxdiag and device Manager..

If it is not showing up in the Display tab of dxdiag, or in the Display Adapters section of devmgmt.msc, then (assuming you actually have a card) open the computer tower case and look for the card. It will be a flat-ish board protruding perpendicular from the mb. You will find the brand and model stamped somewhere on the card. You may have to pull the card in order to find this info.

so i found the card name .. i installed the driver.. Now ee dont crashes any more .. But when i want to start ee i got a black screen(normal) My mouse (normal) and then a pieep noise come and i got black screen for the hole time... so what to do now? soundcard?
