can somone help a noob

hi guys can someone tell me what i have done wrong , i was playing here 2 or 3 months ago and everything was fine i installed everything by the instructions , then i decided not to play anymore and unstalled the game .
this time i did everything the same but now when i go to join its telling me i dont have the same version as the host .
if somone could point me in the right direction i would apprecate it
