EE Aoc neo with high population...

Good day guys my girlfriend and i would like to have a lan with the EE Aoc neo against bots...But does not matter what i try i can not lan it... it refuses to pick eachother up under the lan section and we would like to have 4000 max pop (i know it gets devided between all players/bots) but if someone can help me that would be great .

we can however lan the ee aoc without the neo patch.

ps. i have ee aoc installed from save-ee i have the neo patch installed from the website.

and we can not play online it always shows a (rip) ping
