Wierd admin thing

Hey anyone know what happened to my comp? I only have one user on my windows XP, and it's listed as admin but I don't have direct access to turn comp off (have to log out or change user) and Im not allowed to pull the joblist (alt+ctrl+delete) cause it has been disabled by my admin. I AM THE ADMIN!!! Anyone know how to fix this?

if ctrl alt del is disabled by an admin while youre being an admin... it's a potentiel virus maybe... A virus that created a hidden account, give itself admin rights and made you a "regular" user.

Hmm it all happened at an exam I had. I know they were logging my internet activity but can that have anything to do with it? I can using repondus lockdown browser when it happened... I can thats wide open compared to mozilla. Sounds like a reformat
