I am trying to upload my collection of scenario's to the scenario page downloads.php?view=upload&cat_id=5, but I am too lazy to load them one by one. So I made a nice little .7z file from it (~16mb) however if I try to upload it it gives me an error and tells me its not allowed...
How am I supposed to get scenario's online?

Not sure if that file extension is allowed. Try with zip?

Nope, it does not accept .zip files either...

Why don't you upload the .zip file to a hoster like uploaded.to and put the link in the description?
