If you defeat an enemy you are awarded 20 civ points, but you can't use those civ points when you get them. Anyone know why?

Because the game is fucked. Cant do it on like any scen, its odd shit. I think it has something to do with the template. Just give tech bonuses instead.

Yeah I guess I'll have to do something like that, or maybe unit upgrades.

or have a trigger system like:

If player 1 got defeated

let player 2/3/4/5/6 chose for:

Infantery upgrades
Air upgrades
Tank upgrades
Anti tank upgrades
Siege upgrades

for example.

Yeah I'll probably do something along those lines. I don't want to do something that will make them much more powerful because then it will make the teams more uneven because someone from the other team is denying and their opponents are getting stronger. That's why I don't want to give them resources. I'm thinking maybe building upgrades because unit upgrades will suck for the other team.
