If i start lobby up , it says : Please check your internet connection. Wye does he say that and what can i do about it , I used lobby b4 but im on a vista now.

Just a shot in the dark here ; I would suggest deleting all lobby files off of your pc ,
re download the lobby and attempt another install. Let us know how that went for starters.
Can start from there, gl.

open as admin and make sure firewall/virus programs arent blocking it

You get the "Please check your internet connection." error when the lobby can't access this website for server information. If you're reading this, it's because some sort of firewall is blocking the lobby or possibly because Internet Explorer is not installed (IE is a .NET Framework requirement). You have to fix something on your end.
