GOG with new patches

Will these patches work with the GOG version?
The GOG version numbers match the boxed gold edition with standard patches.

Yes, the new patches we use should work, given matching game versions.
With the latest patches obtained from the lobby patch tab:
EE should be v2.00.6345
AoC should be v1.00.1063
If you don't get that, try running EE as administrator because someone reported this can have effects on the number.
