Save Empire Earth

I can't seem to install the lobby on my computer. When I try to install it, I get this:

"Unhandled exception has occurred in your application; Permission denied."

What's the problem?

The only time I've gotten an unhandled exception was when I tried to use it without an internet connection. Make sure you don't have a firewall that's blocking the lobby and make sure you're saving it to a dedicated folder, and not in your Temp folder (which is caused by clicking "Open" or "Run" when you download the file instead of saving it somewhere).
