Installtion freezeing

Hello everyone,
mybe someone here can help me with my problem. I have downloaded the EE Installer Complete but if i run the installation the same bug happens for me as i try this with the normal EE CD i bought years ago. It starts sounds comes and after this it close it selfs. And jeah over i had my hope with your installation that this will work but the same bug returns everytime i try it.
Anyone that can help me? Thx for people who can
