Not able to start EE

I recently downloaded "EE Complete 1.13 by Xootle". Everytime i want to start the game a error appears.. :


AppName: empire earth.exe AppVer: 0.0.0.0 ModName: low-level engine.dll
ModVer: 0.0.0.0 Offset: 00006fe8

Solution? :/

Hm. Try to download it elsewhere. Those files seem to be corrupt.
