I recently got EE on GoG and installed it fine, but when i try to launch it just shows me the splash screen and the I get an error saying "EE has stopped working". This happens if i launch either EE or AoC. I have tried different compatibility modes and resolutions and patches (NeoEE inc) and still nothing. I have tried the game on other computers and it works fine so it must be something to do with my machine.
Im running Windows 7 with
GTX 650 Ti Boost
AMD 6300

Ok so first of all:
GoG version is mostly shit. Download EE Unlimited for free here viewtopic.php?f=10&t=4091&hilit=EE+unlimited and try again. If its still not wokring recall.

Tried using that install and still nothing. Tried different compatibility modes and everything as well. I read somewhere that someone with a similar problem fixed it by changing the resolution, I've tried this and no change.
