Low-engine error

I searched anything on the internet that can help me with this error,i can't start the game or even the expansion on my sister's laptop, on my PC that has win7 64 it works fine!But here it doesn't here are her specs (also she has win7 64)
-Intel Core i3-2328M
-4GB DDR3 RAM
500 GB HDD
Inter HD Graphics 3000
and mine
Intel Core i3-2120 3.3GHz
4GB DDR3 RAM
500 GB HDD
GeForce GT 630-2GB SDDR3
I tried overwriting the .dll with another, tried reinstaling it,tried downloading another from the internet it did not work! I put the dll file to system32 and other,i did everything that i read on the internet it just doesn't work! Please help me fix this error!

Did you even bother following megs link herik? If not you might want to have a look at it and check out step 3. :p
But basically, you could try to do the rest and reinstall the game using the one you downloaded.
