EE AoC Crash at Splash Windows 7 x64

I just bought Empire Earth Gold Edition from GOG.com. At first neither EE nor AoC would work, I setup a custom profile for EE that would disable Crossfire at the start and it works just fine now. I did the same for AoC but that did nothing, I have tried multiple compatibility settings and none of those have worked. I looked around on the forums here and haven't found much of anything.

Any help on this would be great, really want to play the expansion.
