EE AOC scenario down load help

well since i just got AOC downloaded i was looking too play some old scenarios but the downloads arnt working that im finding on http://ee.heavengames.com/downloads/lis ... ory=single
it keeps coming up with the setup.exe thing but un it all it says is uninstall and repair and when i try to repair it, it fix's nothing it just does same thing over and over can any one help me?
