civ glitch!

civ glitch!
on my computer there is a list of civs in my file that date back to probly like 2004 or even before, but sometimes when i open empire earth this list of civs does not show up, so i had to make a new list of civs for the times when it doesnt show up... and some games when i open empire earth my old set of civ's show up and sometimes when i open it the new set of civs show up . WHY iS THIS! i want just my old civs !

Open up Windows Explorer and find the folder with all your old civs in it. Backup this folder to some personal folder such as your desktop.
Reinstall EE.
Copy the civs you backed up into the \Sierra\Empire Earth\Users\default\Civilizations folder.
