Lobby install error

I recently just installed empire earth again, this time to test the multiplayer, except I get this error when I try to run the "Save-EE Lobby Update 1.1.7.2" and to install updates:



I'm currently running Vista with COMODO firewall, any help with resolving this issue would be very helpful!
