Having trouble in my WONLobby file

In my WONLobby.cfg file Im trying to change my CDCheck: True, to False, but when I save it in notepad I get the error:

Cannot create the C:\Program Files\ (x86)\ Sierra \ Empire Earth Gold \ Empire Earth \ WONLobby.cfg file.

When I Try to Save As, it says the file already exists replace it?, but when i say yes i get the same error as above, any ideas?

Try deleting the file. If it deletes download THIS and place the file in your Empire Earth folder.
