hi

ive just revisited ee again and realise there is a new patch, i download it from this site and installed it to my sierra folder, i then re started ee and tried again. Still got the same error message of 'game version does not match hosts'. So i thought id done something wrong and uninstalled the patch and re installed it to my sierra folder..and still it doesnt work.

Then i read all the posts here on the matter and spoke to pelie online and tricky and still i cant get this to work.

if someone can help id appreciate it

EE patch goes in EE folder, AoC patch goes in AoC folder. If that don't work, or if that is what you did already, try me in lobby again and I'll help you troubleshoot.

She installed it into her EE folder.
I guess she has the same problems as some others (including me) had: She's using an original EE and its soemhow secured against modifications or w/e so I suggest you download another EE and it should work
