Problem with gameranger

I'am sorry for my bad english... :C
I try host with gameranger, i have open the door gameranger and game but my friends can't join my server :C my version is 2.00
I think that am costrict use NeoEE but my friend have fear of virus XD
Who can help me explain why gameranger not work ?

we all been using Neo for a while now , none faced anykind of viruses , NeoEE is just unknown program to the antivirus thats why it's counted as trojan.
