Problem with saved game, RIP

Hello,
I have a problem when I want to load a saved game.
Indeed, as soon as I want to create a game, I have the small logo RIP.
The game starts well and registers, however, I can't recharge it with my friend.
It connects but goes to RIP and stays at 0%

I tried to open ports 33334-33336 but nothing helps

Could you help me ?
