"Empire earth has stopped working"

Hello, wanted to reinstall Empire earth again, and "EE has stopped working", i remember before changing my graphic card in october for a nvidia gtx 1060, the game worked great, but since i have never installed it yet and played with this graphic card.
Its probably due to this graphic card, so i don't know how to fix it, i have still changed every mode compatibility and try to run it, but it really not working, if someone got a solution, thankfull
