CDkey Problem

So i formated My laptop earlier today, then i installed NeoEE once again, but i faced "CDKey is Invalid", then i headed to download the latest Patch, but now When i Click "Repair CDKey" it shows this problem.

Hi!
Maybe try to disable your antivirus. Make sure that your internet connection is working as well and that no personal firewall is blocking the installer from contacting the license server.

seems that firewall was blocking something, Works perfectly now.
