Freezing during a specific mission

So does anyone else have a problem like this, where the game will freeze during one mission (Roman #5). I get up to the part where Titus enters with his army, but when he gets around half HP, the game crashes. A window pops up saying EE has to close because there was an error. Any help guys and gals?
