cdkey problem

i installed the new neoEEpatch, the problem is say my key isnt valid

pd: i havent "HostPingRIP.txt"
pd2: in "WONLobby" i write "false"

Don't write false there. After updating, there must be written "true". HostPingRIP.txt is gone in the new patch. Re-run the installer and hit Repair CDKey. Make sure no antivirus program is interfering. Also make sure that the installer can use the internet. Do you get any error? If yes, which one?

or it just says your cd keys are successfully installed?

Sorry, I have to repeat myself, but you didn't answer our questions. What does the installer say when you clicked Repair CDKey? Will it show an error? Will it say that it could successfully install? In order for us to help you, you must be more elaborate on your problem.

If you cannot contact licensing servers, some firewall or antivirus might be blocking the connection.
