Win 10 EE error

Hey guys,
So I am in love with EE! I am on my new win 10 PC able to play EE3 but not EE1! I can play on my win10 laptop EE1 but not on my PC! I can start it up, go to the new game menu and are able to chose my opponents and all that, but when I try to start it up, it crashes! Has this problem already occurred on this forum? I would love some help!
If specs needed: I can put them on here in 2 days!
