Failed To Decode Image -- FIX

Getting the failure to decode image error when trying to play multiplayer?
Download this: http://www.eeaoctraining.com/fixes/Fail ... 0Omega.msi
Run it, select the main game folder for the game that you're having the issue (i.e. C:\Sierra\Empire Earth) with, and install there. When done, restart your game. Problem solved.
If this doesn't fix your problem, you did not select the correct folder. Try again.
