I cant load in any game expect when i host

When I try join any host and play, all load expect me. I see that im fully loading but other players says I dont load at all. In the other hand, when I host, its perfectly working unless earth in my game and he haev the same problem in my game.

guys i dont have any idea for sulotions. Please help.

Tried: restart router, reinstall ee.
