I can't Play Empire Earth

I just bought Empire Earth Gold Edition on Gamers Gate, When ever I try to start The Art Of Conquest It loads but then crashes quickly. Whenever I try to Play The Original It Will load but my mouse and screen Will flicker in-game and then freeze. I don't Have the omega patch installed, Mostly Because I can't Find the F'ing Download. Please Help I've tried Every thing

Well the lack of the Omega patch will not cause a crash or freeze. It may depend on your computer, I have heard of cases where one's computer was too good to EE because its too old. I'm not exactly sure of the details on that but I guess its a possibility. You may want to contact GG though and see if any other games through them have had similar problems. I'm assuming GG sells downloads and not the physical copy right?

I got the first game to work but the expansion still crashes on start up, I fixed it once but then after I exited the game I couldn't get it back up
