Cant join game

Cant join game

I followed the instructiones, but when i wanted to join a game is reads "unvalid cd-key", and it doesn't conects to a game.
(It doesn't says "unvalid cd-key", cause i speak spanish more than english, so i translated it).
How can i solve it to play?
