Those are vanilla civs almost all mod tls are on 1.1c, so ill send you the 3 I use

(Same as Slip's civ but 5 more points are spent) Basically can do any wing unit combination with this civ INF/AT, M1/AT, M1/MORT;INF. Only real con is if you don't scout masses can overwhelm you, but if you scout and see them massing infantry make a few medics with the gold they mass M1 make some bazooka/AT, or if you have the wood make a tank fact and a couple Leopards.

Start 3 to forage 2 to wood then after the 2 cits gather 15 wood make a tc on wood then play normal. You can take helicopter speed and Bomber speed out if you don't use those units often and put them on like Tank Attack or something.

1v1.civ
Helicopter BTD to stop forwards. You can trade the attack/hp on fighters and helicopter btd for Infantry Range/ Fighter BTD if you want I prefer this civ though. Controlling the air is very important from 10f11-20f11 and after 20f11 infantry range is kind of obsolete imo since arty become top dog. Though I do miss dearly range on snipers and mortars.

usually they pause for civ. i wud advise just making edits to civs.. use the normal tank and gren civs for TL. but u can add cit cost red to air civ by taking out AT ups and fighter hp
