I'm not sure when, or how the next tournament will be. There were lots of issues, so I'm going to do more planning next time.

I just think there just need to be clear, simple rules that everyone needs to follow, along with an automatic disqualification for not adhering to them. Rules such as who can observe, how many quicksaves, deadline for switching teams - things like that.
There are obviously not going to be a lot of players signed up, so we can have some flexibility if people are late or something, and if they let us know that they need a time adjustment. It should be easy enough to accommodate that.
Finally, you are the director of operations here! You should have the final authority on what happens during the tournament. If there are gray areas in the rules, you step in and make decisions. The decision will be final and everyone must obey it.

one easy way to contact people would be MSN, ICQ or Xfire since everyone has atleast one og that messangers
