PS2 sucked and sucks donkey balls. I can't believe they didn't stop sooner.

The PS2 had a limited social experience and inferior hardware compared to its main competition. Other than Madden, I don't think I've ever played split screen on a PS2. Playing online was wretched. LAN parties were non-existent. Compared to my original Xbox I never really had that much fun with it. I never played PS2 with any friends, even though we had them. The only reason it sold so many units is because it was cheap and popular outside of North America.
