He has a total spend of 1259 shown in stats
His actual total spend, however, is:
9 grens: 64*9 = 576
3 barracks: 3*191 = 573
6 cits: 50*6 = 300
That already is 1449 which is far more than shown in stats, hence he cheated. not counting the 18-19 wall units and 2 settlements. I hear the new thing is u can tell lobby name from game name which is very nice. Game name was >Heros<=Grenwar* hosted by me of course.

oh btw add ees to allowed extension. To open the file change it from zip to ees and it's a savegame.
