mehmed19 using hex civ

I played today a 2vs2 mid sh with a player named mehmed19 involved. When i clicked at one of his cavalry archer units in a battle, i recognised that he wasn't using the regular cav civ and after me and my teammate killed a lot of his army and eco, he recovered way to fast to be true and had from beginning of the game very fast a huge amount of cavs.
Jort12 helped me to check the civilisation with drexmod load. Result:
he used hex civ... drex 888 "cheat detector" detected hex civ use on stream online also, so this tool may work
