Geniuskill used a hex civ with 4 times reload time decrease on siege units. Makes siege units crazy overpowered.
Quicksave added as proof. Checked with Dave (well he looked at the units). It's super easy to see once you load on him, or by just loading the save and sending some of my bombers to his island or the one just north of me. 10 Flak completey annihilate digital bombers, and the siege has the balls that get shot practically inside each other.
Guy claimed to be not on his own computer, didn't seem to care about the fact he was cheating.
