hm, hast du die ports drin? 33334-33336 tcp/udp. Falls das nichts nützt hilft evtl. eine Neuinstallation von neoEE oder eine Reparatur (kannst wenn du die neoee.msi noch hast, diese nochmals laufen lassen und auf "reparieren" klicken).
