lowlevel engine.dll not found

Hello everybody,
I have problems to start EE AOC and hope someone maybe can help me.
I installed the update for EE AOC from https://www.neoee.net/update . It's installing with no problems and I get the Icons for NEOEE AOC on my desktop. When I start the game there is the error massage: "Der Prozedureinsprungpunkt"?GetIsSpaceTile@GETerrainMesh@@QBE_NKK@Z" wurde in der DLL "lowlevel engine.dll" nicht gefunden."
PC Dates: Windows 7; NVIDIA Gforce GTX 650; DirectX 11
Someone else had this problem too? Maybe someone can help me
