Cannot install NeoEE patch

Cannot install NeoEE patch

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to install the patch, but the first time I tried it told me that tha game cannot be found, and I foolishly continued the installing. After I tried to remove the patch and reinstall it, with the game surely installed (double check) and it told me that it cannot access a file in the Temp folder,
Any advice?
