Cd key fail?

Hello, trying to get EE to work, installed game fine, single player works, go to run Neo EE and it says cd key failed . any solutions?

For future reference if others ask this, how did you fix it? Because you were in the lobby yesterday.

for CD-KEY to be succesfully installed, temporarly dissable your anti-virus while installing the NeoEE patch.

The issue i was having was the cd key was failing, For me to fix this i had to remove Empire- Earth off my pc delete the folders that downloaded and re-download fresh.
