What kind of pc do i need to get to play ee and neoee?

EE only needs a good enough CPU for the games that have tons of units and events happening all the time.

GPU wise, old/new would work the same.

RAM, 500mb is enough for the game

most of us run it with Windows 10 and works fine

Can you perhaps say more exactly what you get for an error? Then maybe we can try to help you.
Does the installer not react at all or do you get an error message when trying to install?
