hey guys i need a quick runthrough on how to install this thingy

You claim to need guidance on installing the Lobby software. If you do not have .NET Framework 3.5 installed on your computer, you will need to do that first. The download link can be found on this page:
After you have .NET FW 3.5 installed, go back to the page above and download the EE-LOBBY-UPDATE.exe file. Make sure you SAVE this file to a location you can find again on your hard drive (such as C:\EE Lobby Client\) and then run the file. This will download the latest version of the Lobby Client files to said directory.
Once completed, run EE-LOBBY-CLIENT.exe to get started. If you wish to create a shortcut on your desktop, simply right-click on EE-LOBBY-CLIENT.exe and hit "Create Shortcut." Then, drag the new shortcut to your desktop, or cut (CTRL+X) and paste (CTRL+V) it there.
After you've created an account, you can receive further help by clicking on the "Help" button in the lobby client.
