I've never actually seen Joe Biden on the news before. Holy shit I did not realize how stupid he is.

And apparently "we are our brother's keeper...we have an obligation".

It amazed me how the deceptive rhetoric of this man is able to advertise tyranny and oppression like this and make the crowd receive it in a positive way.
