There are definitely more people playing AOC at the moment. I also saw a lot of mod TL recently, I think GoG had a reunion or something like that.

Mod TL was revived when RoK came back for a short period earlier this month, now it's all gone.
People still do pre-arrange AoC games ( Scenarios, MidSH )

I've logged on several times to see if I could get a game. But there's never anyone on. And the only ones that are going are EEC games.
