imo it is slowly growing and balancing. RTS games dont need huge quantities of players to be successful. i have spoken to many old players who have/will be returning and lots of new ppl. almost everyday u get sum1 in lobby asking how to get EE set up etc.

EEC is acutally realy increasing again , the old game is just still the best. Right a few days ago Psychoo an old gren player came with Water_Illusion a.k.a LmS_Water, again. Acutally wehn i came first online to the lobby i thought that ee is dead and all the players leave soon. But it is still fun !

You can download the actual game here? I thought it was just the lobby?????????

I assume that since this is the first post here in a month the game is dead anyways, though....

So, because there's only been one post in a month, in just this topic, on an entire active forum about EE, that makes the game dead? Just because you started this topic doesn't mean its the only one.

1) February is the shortest month. Nice going there.
2) The time since the last post in a particular thread in a forum doesn't measure shit, since I could easily find some old threads, post in them and remark how it's been OVER A YEAR1111111oneeleventyone1!111!11! since anyone else posted, and thus conclude the forum is dead.
3) The activity or non-activity of a single forum has almost nothing to say about the activity or non-activity of a game.

And finally, it'd be a shitload easier to measure the activity of the game by logging into the lobby. Currently, as of the time of this post (well, as of the time I'm writing this, which is going to be slightly before the time of the post...), there are 70 users online, and 8 games.

During peak times, you can expect to see user counts of 140 or more, and approx. 20 games hosted/being played.

I wouldn't exactly call that "dead". Would you?
